Here are the fundamental rules of attitude:

  1. Be aware of how important attitude is in your job, in your career, and in your life.
  2. Be aware that your attitude training to date has been somewhere between zero and not enough.
  3. Be aware that your attitude at the moment is not as good as you thought it was.
