- Personal positive talk. – self talk = self performance.
- Helping others without expectation or measuring.
- Listening to and singing music you love.
- Looking at your family photo album.
- Playing with a child.
- Calling an old friend.
- Buying a gift for someone you love.
- Small daily success.
- Persist to small success.
- Spending time with successful people.
- Watch, read or listen to anything inspirational.
- Watch, read or listen to anything motivational.
- Most things educational.
- Something that you do with passion.
- Take a walk in the woods or a park.
- Setting and achieving goals.
